Cancellation Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Travel insurance is recommended for any incidents that may arise before or during the trip. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to SONIGROOVEENT@GMAIL.COM.  

Cancellation requests made more than 180 days before the Hedonism II trip are entitled to a refund less the cancellation fee of $250 per person.  Cancellation within 180 days of ANY TRIP will not render a return of any payments. Missing 2 payments will render you dropped from the trip for nonpayment. If you are dropped for nonpayment, no refunds will be given.

 

A late payment charge of $35 per person will be added to your invoice 5 days after payments are due. Please pay on time or before to avoid late payments. This is non-negotiable with the hosts. Returned payments will render a $50 charge to your next invoice.
